What do you think of your system now it is installed & you are producing power using a renewable energy source?

Only installed on recently and have not had a bill yet but I am pleased I have it installed. The display is indicating that even on wet winter days that there is still a solar input which is great.

What do your family & friends think of your decision to install a solar power system?

Most haven’t noticed it but the ones who have commented think its a good idea. They would like to know how much I am saving.

How did you find your experience with Superior Solar?

Extremely good with keeping exact times, clean up and communicating.

Are there any areas Superior Solar could improve to increase the quality of your experience?

One of the best companies to go with for your solar pv and hot water!Great quality products. And they know their stuff.. i worked in solar for 5 years and can safely say, these guys know their stuff! We had a few littles hiccups on installation, but were promptly fixed and sorted. Very good customer service and highest quality of install. I have already recommended to a number of friends..

What a brilliant team from sales to install. I’m so pleased with the team’s willingness to provide helpful information and apply their experience and expertise to this job. I commend the crew of electricians who worked happily & diligently all day (in poor weather) to get the job done safely. They were neat, tidy and efficient. Superior Solar supplied and installed a 16 panel, 5.28KW solar power system on our Terra Cotta roof. Superior Solar installers are a highly professional team. They are very thorough and disciplined in their approach and execution of the task right from equipment supply to installation and ensuring the system was correctly relaying wifi data post installation. The team members, with good support from head office worked hard, were polite and courteous and a pleasure to have. They represented Superior Solar well. We highly recommend them.

Had my 7.38 kw system installed a year ago and I'm happy with the service. Solar is delivering as expected and saving on my electricity bill. They took good care of my terracotta tiled roof and happy to report no leaks during a very rainy year.Superior Solar is more expensive than its competitors, but from my experience is well worth the cost.

Superior Solar were well superior. From the very first contact they set themselves apart with their responsiveness, professionalism and geeky love of everthing solar. The passion and care from what they do comes from the top with Derek but in interacting with any member of the team it flows down to all.In the lead up to the installation the communication was super and the installation and setup went like clockwork. The solar panel performance is exceeding expectations (they take a conservative approach and don't over promise which we liked) and we are very pleased we went with a recommendation to go with Superior Solar.We highly recommend.

We had solar fitted in December by Superior Solar..They were excellent & all the guys working on the job were very efficient & polite .Highly recommend the company,and it's so handy to run air conditioning during these hot weather days without worrying about a shock electricity bill in the mail.
